Important request to Swimmers at Abbey

There has been a new duty manager appointed at Abbey Stadium, Kevin, who appears to be very supportive towards RSC. He is however trying to improve standards at Abbey and has requested the following:

"Can swimmers please not get changed in front of the seated area and use the changing rooms instead. This applies to all sessions including early morning sessions.

Swimmers are not allowed poolside before RSC start their sessions following a public swim, until a RSC coach is poolside  -  they must wait behind the glass partition.

Swimmers are requested not to leave swim bags on the floor on the changing room side of the small glass window by the glass door or in the changing rooms whilst swimming,  especially during the late sessions as this prevents the  staff from cleaning and hosing the floor area. Bags should be left on the floor pool side of the small glass window please.

Can swimmers please remember these requests and help the Abbey staff go about their duties more efficiently, and can parents please bring this to the notice of your swimmers?

I am very grateful for your co-operation”.
